Methodology. 40 distinct “Forward Deployed” postings across 38 companies, from direct ATS boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and the fwddeploy.com aggregator — deliberately not raw LinkedIn counts, which inflate with reposts. The 11-company staffing check reads each company's own careers page. A sample, not a census.
